Good afternoon Rita,

I am sorry for our late evaluation but we are still catching up with our work. I am enclosing the evaluation and when we have downloaded our photos we will send to you.

Thank you for your work, It was a pleasure dealing with you.

  1. Our travel consultant was very fast in the answers of our mails and questions, usually the following day after the reception of the mails.
  2. Arrangements are very good and very efficient although we understand that the travel arrangements is a model given to the interested persons but it should considered that the visits on Mondays to museums are not possible and the adjustments made by the guides turn out that some visits were in a hurry and others we got quite a time for us.
  3. Definitely. I’m willing to recommend our service to my friends who also have an interest to visit China.
  4. We, in general, were very well impressed by the organization of the reception of the guides and transportation and especially by the daily supply of bottles of water. It was very sweet.
  5. Although all the guides were, in general, very informative there are discrepancies among them, but, in general, we are satisfied.
  6. As we are still catching up with our work we will send later some photos.
  7. We sometimes have requests from potential customers who would like to inquire from or our ex-customers.
