The most important events and activities will be held after January 5th, such as the Opening Ceremony, Sculpture Competition, International Trade Fair, etc. If possible, please visit the Ice and Snow World because you can enjoy a magnificent show of firework in the evening of January 5th. It may be a little bit crowded during January 5th to 8th because there are a lot of activities.

Our advice is – if you want to take part in all kinds of activities and events, you can choose January 5th~ 10th to come. If you want it be less crowded, choose the dates after January 10th. If you want to experience a spectacular local festival atmosphere, you can come during the Spring Festival (February 4th ~ 10th).
