Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport is situated at the east of Hangzhou downtown, about 30 kilometers away from Wulin Square - Hangzhou city center.  The airport is connected with downtown through highway which takes about 40 minutes by car/taxi. You can also take Hangzhou Metro or airport shuttle buses to reach city center. Meanwhile, it is about 28 kilometers to West Lake and 35 kilometers to Lingyin Temple.

By Taxi: It’s easy to take a taxi at Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport. The driving distance between airport to the city center is about 32-35 km, which takes 40-50 minutes.

By Metro: Visitors may take Hangzhou Metro Line 1 to get to Hangzhou city center directly (departure at Wulin Square Station). The whole journey would take about 1 hour and 10 minutes.

By Airport Shuttle Bus: For independent travelers who arrive late may choose the airport shuttle buses to reach city center. Bus Line to Wulinmen (08:00-22:00, leave every 15mins; 22:00-02:00, leave every 15mins) can take you directly to Wulinmen and Wulin Square within 1 hour.

To Hangzhou South Railway Station: Hangzhou South Railway Station is about 20km from the airport, takes 30-40 minutes by car. You can also take Hangzhou metro (Line 7 - Line 2 - Line 5) and departure at South Railway Station (火车南站地铁站) within an hour. 

To Hangzhou Railway Station: Hangzhou Railway Station is about 27km from the airport, takes 30-40 minutes by car. You can also reach the station by taking airport shuttle buses (Bus Line to Wulinmen) or take Metro Line 1 and departure at Chengzhan (城站地铁站).

To Hangzhou East Station: Hangzhou East Railway Station is about 30km from the airport, takes 35-45 minutes by car. You can also reach the station by taking airport shuttle buses (Bus Line to East Railway Station) or take Metro Line 1 and departure at East Railway Station (火车东站地铁站).
