Our tour today was amazing and I really want to compliment Sandy. He was fantastic, his English is excellent, he is very knowledgeable, and did so much to make our day great.

I did not have any cash on me when we said goodbye today (my kids had cash but I did not want to take theirs away!), is there a way I can get 100 Yuan to him as a tip?

Also, is it customary to tip a driver as well?

The hot pot was super! It was too spicy for me, so I ate the mild version.but my husband loved the spicy one!

All were interesting. Leshan Buddha was amazing. Sichuan opera awesome, my husband still trying to figure out how they changed masks. and panda were so cute.

We love Chengdu. the hotel was also very good, modern, and great location

The cruise was awesome! David our Chongxing guide was excellent. Chongxing was our biggest surprise.Chongqing's night view was stunning

Yes, we got lucky with the weather, sunrise and sunset in Huangshan

Jiuzhaigou just amazing and I am happy having had the opportunity to spend to days at the park The driver and tour guide are kind and told me a lot.

The transport was great too, clean comfortable car, safe friendly driver who even looked after my luggage whilst I was with the Panda!

1. Is your travel consultant of our company fast enough to answer your E-mail and patient enough to answer your questions?
Yes, Phoebe Gao was very responsive and helped me to join a spring Yangtze cruise from Yichang to Chongqing. She is very thorough and promptly and answered my numerous questions.

2. How’s the service of the President No.8 cruise during your whole tour?
The ship's staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the cruise director who was my English speaking contact. The buffet meals were delicious and had a good variety of choices.

3. Would you like to recommend our company?
I thoroughly enjoyed this cruise and learned about the Yangtze River area culture, the magnificent dam and its ship locks. The tour company and cruise process are highly recommended.

It has been a long-time ambition of mine to visit your country and as I was invited for a work event this provided the opportunity for me to extend my stay. Your help with the journey planning ensured that I maximised the limited time I had available and achieved my objectives. The panda keeper experience day was incredible and hugely enjoyable, it was an honour to be able to assist in even a small way with the care of these incredible animals.

The local guides that were provided in the different cities were all excellent with great local knowledge and advice.

I would like to thank you again for coming along on my final evening to meet with me, the panda memorabilia was a lovely surprise and is much appreciated.

I have attached a couple of photos, one from viewing Leshan and one on the Panda Experience day, the memories that this trip has provided are truly magical.
