How to get to hot springs and Tangkou
I'm arriving around 3pm at the bus station in Huangshan (from Hangzhou), I'd like to go to the hot springs directly from the bus station. After the hot springs, I'd like to stay overnight in Tangkou, and start trekking the mountain the next morning. How do I go to the hot springs from the coach station, and how do I go to Tangkou from the hot springs? Is there a specific bus number?
2018-03-26 11:25
Hello Sheb,

Thanks for your questions. Hot spring is a part of Mt. Huangshan, located in the scenic area. I have searched the Mt. Huangshan official website and I got the info - to travel from Huangshan Bus Station to Mt. Huangshan Hot Springs, you should first reach Tangkou Zhaixi Transfer Center (汤口寨西换成中心), the take the Mt. Huangshan sightseeing bus to the Hot Spring Scenic Area (you can stop at Ciguangge Station). The sightseeing buses are many and you won’t wait for too long.
