Bing Sheng Pin Wei belongs to the brand of Bingsheng Group which is featured with "original", "fresh", "innovative", kept the essence of traditional Cantonese food. Till 2019, there are five branches of Bing Sheng Pin Wei and among them, Haiyin Head Branch has got Michelin Plate Award. All the restaurants are meticulous-designed and decorated in grand and luxury style.
As one of the best restaurants to taste traditional Cantonese food, you can have a try at the BBQ Porl (Black Char Siu), Roasted Goose, Grilled Duck Intestine with Chinese Bean Source, or Seafood Pot or other dishes. English service is unavailable and you should try to go with the help of a tour guide or a Chinese. The service will be terrific.
