For the bullet trains travel from Xiamen to Quanzhou, over half of them stop at Xiamen North Railway Station. Xiamen North Railway Station is located about 18km away from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. It is equipped with convenient transportation means, including BRT line 1& 6, tourist shuttle bus line 1 & 2, metro line 1 & 4, public buses, taxis, etc.
Xiamen Railway Station (厦门站)

Distance from City Center: about 3 km/10 minutes’ driving to the city center
Xiamen Railway Station is closer to the main tourist areas in Xiamen, including Gulangyu Island, Nanputuo Temple, Xiamen Botanical Garden, etc. It’s about 12 km away from the Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, takes about 20 minutes by car.

Quanzhou Railway Station is a only train station in Quanzhou city. It has greatly strengthened the communication between Quanzhou and other cities of China since its opening. Quanzhou Railway Station is about 20 km from city center, 11 km from the West Street and less than 10 km from the famous Kaiyuan Temple. There is no subway in Quanzhou, you can get around the city by car, taxi or local public buses.
Transfer Advice: Xiamen Railway Station is located in Xiamen city center, about 12 km from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport (about 20 minutes). Xiamen North Railway Station is about 20 km from Xiamen City Center (about 30 minutes), 18 km from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport (about 25 minutes).
