Renting bike in Hangzhou
I have been reading that you can rent public bikes all over Hangzhou. However, somewhere I read that sometimes the brakes don't work well. Is it also possible to rent from a bike shop? If yes, are there any near the Hangzhou Goethe Hotel or Courtyard by Marriott. I have not booked my hotel yet.
