A wonderful trip to dream China

On March 4-16, 2025, we took a trip around China organized by China Discovery. Our consultant and organizer was Evelyn Ma. During the planning and during our stay in China, we had great email contact, and special thanks to Evelyn Ma for her quick response after the airlines canceled our flights 3 weeks before the start of the trip and for implementing changes immediately.

It was a beautiful, unforgettable trip divided into 4 parts: 4 days in the Zhangjiajie area (Yellow Dragon Cave and Grand Canyon, "Avatar" and Tienzi Mountain, Baofeng Lake and Tianmen Mountain) and in Furong Ancient Town, 4 days in Chengdu with pandas + Huanglongxi Ancient Town + Leshan Giant Buddha + Emei + Emeishan, 2 days in Xi'an and 3 days in Beijing. Everything perfectly organized: very good hotels and meals, flights, train journeys, transfers, very comfortable cars and excellent, friendly drivers. We had 4 competent, fully committed and very nice guides (Elleen from Chengdu to Emeishan, Abbie in Zhangjiajie and Furong, May Lily in Xi'an and Lily in Beijing) thanks to whom visiting and getting to know all these wonderful places was a pleasure and great fun. They provided us with all the necessary information and answered all our questions. We felt that they surrounded us with their care, all the time taking care of the smallest details regarding our stay, sightseeing, transfers and additional attractions. They found interesting restaurants with great, regional cuisine. The meals were delicious and allowed us to get to know the variety of Chinese cuisine. We had a wonderful time with them.
