Located in the northeast area of Drum and Bell towers, hidden in a hutong area, Mai is a great cocktail bar where is well kept, clean,never too loud, not too cramped with both indoor and outdoor seating and you can always have a good spot to chat. The atmosphere is very laid back with some great chilled out music. The drinks are fantastic and reasonably priced. You can sit down and watch bartenders meticulously making the drink. You are recommended to try the Islay Sour, a kind of whisky based cocktail. Most of the drink is around CNY 50.
