We spent 6 days in Inner Mongolia following a custom itinary put together with the great support of Vivien, we don't often hire tour guides, but decided to this time because we had heard Inner Mongolia is difficult to see without a car. We were also worried about complications due to the pandemic.

We are really glad we did take the tour, as we had many problems with or health codes and finding places that would aacept our passports / payment methods to do covid tests. It was complictaed, but Mary and Lisa the guides. As well as Xiaowang the driver and Vivien the tour operator went above and beyond to make sure we got our health codes, Police registrations and covid checks with as little hassel as possible. We could not have done this trip without them.

Vivien organised a great itinary and gave great advise on how possible it was to visit other attractioons in the area we were interested in. We feel like we saw so many different scenaries - desserts, grasslands, forrests, volcanoes all in one trip!

Mary and Lisa helped us take some great photos and videos, and had lots of good local knowledge about places to visit and eat.

The transport provided was all very comfortable, the drivers and guides were all very efficient and reliable and made us feel welcome and safe. They thought of lots of great extra touches, like providing a useful travel pouch and lots of water.
