I have to believe I was one of the more difficult customers this organization had to deal with.

The travel agent who dealt with me was Riley Guo. She remained unflappable and provided wonderful service.

I would like to keep this short but it is difficult given the exceptional service.

There were portions of this trip I had arranged, another friend had arranged and the remainder was by Riley.

In all of this when I had difficulties or changes because my friend changed something, Riley helped us without missing a beat. Some of this help did not involve her portion of the trip and she still provided us awesome assistance.

Once in China, she continued to monitor our travel all throughout even after the days her portion of the service concluded and stayed and supported us even late at night when we had language barriers.

Overall, her manager also stood by her when I asked for support or slight accommodations to their normal way of doing business.

Overall, if you want to choose a company for travel arrangements and support while in China, Riley Guo and this company should be a no-brainer!

One other suggestion to China Discovery... Please create other entries in TripAdvisor where people can write your praises like... 'Customized China tours' or 'private travel arrangements within China.' You need to be seen in more places on more good reviews.
