Xian and Chongqing also has joined the team of high speed train transfer in China! Much great for your enjoyment of the Terracotta Warriors, Chongqing-Yichang Yangtze River cruise and the cool high speed train. From Xian to Chongqing, it now needs only about 5 to 6 hours by the comfortable bullet train. And every day, there are over 15 G Trains and D Trains running from Xian North Railway Station to Chongqing, mainly from 08:00 to 18:00. The new operated Xian Chongqing High Speed Railway covers about 733km (about 456 miles) in total length. Crossing Shaanxi, Sichuan and Chongqing areas, the railway connects Xian and Chongqing not only with speed, but also the beautiful sceneries along the way. Besides the two terminals of Xian and Chongqing, the railway also sets some stops in Guangyuan (广元), Langzhong (阆中), Nanchong (南充), etc. for your convenient visits and different needs. Xian North Railway Station (西安北站)
Location: Yuanshuo Road, Weiyang District, Xian (西安市未央区元朔路).
This station is a large high speed train station of Xian, serving over 300 high speed trains to Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Chongqing, Lanzhou, Taiyuan and lots of domestic destinations. It is about 20 kilometers to downtown place and needs 1 hour to Terracotta Warriors and Muslim Quarter by car. You can take the Metro Line 2 to this station. Chongqing North Railway Station (重庆北站)
Location: No. 51 #8 Kunnun Avenue, Yubei District, Chongqing (重庆市渝北区昆仑大道51号附8号)
It is a major train station in Chongqing. From there, it needs about 25 minutes to Ciqikou Ancient Town, 30 minutes to Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum and Chaotianmen Port, 1.5 hours to Dazu Rock Carvings, and 0.5 hour to Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport by local taxi. Furthermore, long-distance coaches, local city buses, and Chongqing CRT (Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3 and Line 10) are also available to transfer you from this station to other places in Chongqing. Chongqing West Railway Station (重庆西站)
Location: No.168, Fengzhong Road, Shapingba District, Southwest Chongqing (重庆市沙坪坝区凤中路168号)
It is a new train station in Chongqing, which needs about 20 minutes to Ciqikou Ancient Town, 40 minutes to Chongqing China Three Gorges Museum and Chaotianmen Port, 1.5 hours to Dazu Rock Carvings, and 1 hour to Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport by car. Currently, more than ten bus lines, airport shuttle bus (K06 from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport) and taxi link this station to the downtown, attraction and airport. Class of Ticket
On high speed trains from Xian to Chongqing, there are three kinds of tickets are provided, including Business Class Seat, First Class Seat and Second Class Seat. Book, Collect, Alter and Cancel

1) Prepare your documents well (valid passport with China Visa); 2) Get to the right train station in advance; 3) Collect train tickets; 4) Read your train ticket; 5) Pass the security control; 6) Pass through Security & Luggage Checks; 7) Find the right waiting room; 8) Cross the ticket checking gate; 9) Get to the right platform; 10) Get on your train.
