Guangzhou Shenzhen High Speed Train Route

Guangzhou Shenzhen High Speed Rail is a part of the Beijing - Hong Kong High Speed Railway. From Guangzhou South Railway Station to Shenzhen Futian Railway Station, the train route has a total length of about 111 kilometers (about 69 miles) and passes Qingsheng Station in Guangzhou, Humen Station in Dongguan, and Guangmingcheng Station and Shenzhen North Station in Shenzhen. All the high speed trains make stopover at Shenzhen North Station. And for other people’s needs, some trains also continue to run and stop in Futian Station in Shenzhen. Guangzhou South Railway Station (广州南站)

Guangzhou South Station is at Shibi Street, Panyu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province (广东省广州市番禺区石壁街道 广州南站). To get to this station, it usually needs about 0.5 hours by the Metro Line 2 from the downtown area where you could visit attractions like Sun Yatsen Memorial Hall, Yue Xiu Park, and Six Banyan Tree, etc. Also, you could take the Metro Line 1 and Line 2 from Ancestral Temple of the Chen Family, Line 6 and Line 2 from Shamian Island Scenic Area, Line 7 from Chimelong Safari Park, Line 3 and Line 7 from Canton Tower, and Line 3 and Line 2 from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, etc.

Guangzhou North Railway Station (广州北站)

Guangzhou North Station serves for Several G trains. It is located at No. 1 Zhanqian Road, Huadu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong (广东省广州市花都区站前路1号 广州北站). Actually, it is a little farther away to the Guangzhou downtown and closer to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. The Metro Line 9 and Line 3 link the station with Guangzhou Baiyun Airport together for about 40 minutes’ transfer. To get there from downtown at Yuexiu District, it needs about 1 hour and 20 minutes by the Line2, Line 3 and Line 9.

Shenzhen North Railway Station (深圳北站)

All Guangzhou Shenzhen high speed trains stop at Shenzhen North Station. It is located at No. 28 Middle Zhiyuan Road, Shenzhen, Guangdong (广东省深圳市致远中路28号 深圳北站). To transfer to the city center and Shenzhen Museum, you could take the Metro Line 4 for nearly 25 minutes. To get to the tourist spots like the Window of the World, Splendid China, China Folk Culture Village, and Happy Valley of Shenzhen, just take the Line 4 and Line 1 for about 40-50 minutes. And to go to Shenzhen Baoan Airport, you could take the Metro Line 5 and Line 11 for about 50 minutes.

Shenzhen Futian Railway Station (深圳福田站)

Some bullet trains would stop in Futian Railway Station. This station is located at the intersection of 1st Fuhua Road and Yitian Road, Futian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong (广东省深圳市福田区福华一路与益田路交汇处 福田站). From there, you could take the Metro Line 2 to visit Window of the World, Splendid China, China Folk Culture Village, and Happy Valley of Shenzhen for 35 minutes. Also, you could take the Metro Line 11 to Shenzhen Baoan Airport for about 45 minutes.
