Chongqing Beijing High Speed Train Route

Chongqing Beijing High Speed Railway, totaling 2,176km (1,352miles), is a high speed rail that links Chongqing to Beijing, southwest and north China. The railway begins from Chongqing North and West Railway Station to Beijing West Railway Station in Beijing, runs across over 10 stations in 6 provinces. The entire train journey takes 11 hours 49 minutes to 12 hours and 11 minutes. Specifically, the train route is a combined line of four separate railways, including Chengdu Chongqing High Speed Railway, Xian Chengdu High Speed Railway, Zhengzhou Xian High Speed Railway and Beijing Zhengzhou segment (north part of Beijing Guangzhou High Speed Railway).

Chongqing North Railway Station (重庆北站)

Location: No. 51 #8 Kunnun Avenue, Yubei District, Chongqing (重庆市渝北区昆仑大道51号附8号)

Chongqing North Railway Station is the second largest train station in Chongqing, which is located about 0.5 hour’s driving to Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, 25 mins’ driving to Ciqikou Ancient Town and 30 mins’ driving to Chongqing China Three Gorges and Chaotianmen Port. Linked by Chengdu Chongqing High Speed Railway and Chongqing Lhasa Railway, Chongqing Lanzhou Railway and other railway lines, the station delivers more than 200 trains to the following cities, such as Shanghai, Xian, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Guiyang, Xiamen and etc. Once arrival, you can leave the station to downtown or scenic spots by taxi, city bus, airport express (to Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport) and Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3 (in the south square) and Line 10 at underground floor. Chongqing West Railway Station (重庆西站)

Location: No.168, Fengzhong Road, Shapingba District, Southwest Chongqing (重庆市沙坪坝区凤中路168号)

Completed and put into use in January 2018, Chongqing West Railway Station is the biggest railway station in Chongqing. It is located in southwest suburb, about 1 hour’s driving from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, 20 mins’ to Ciqikou Ancient Town, 40 mins’ driving to Chongqing China Three Gorges and Chaotianmen Port. The station is connected by Chengdu Chongqing High Speed Railway, Chongqing Guiyang High Speed Railway, Chongqing Guiyang High Speed Railway and Chongqing Changsha Railway. Beijing West Railway Station (北京西站)

Location: No.118, East Lianhuachi Road, Fengtai District, West Beijing (北京市丰台区莲花池东路118号)

Beijing West Railway Station is one of the primary railway transportation hubs in Beijing, which is located about 25 mins’ driving to Forbidden City and 1 hour’s driving to Beijing Capital International Airport. It serves both high speed trains and traditional trains on Beijing Guangzhou High Speed Railway, Beijing Lhasa (Tibet) Railway and Beijing Kowloon Railway. Class of Ticket
