G79 and G80 trains are the fastest trains of 8 hours and 45 minutes travel.

Beijing Shenzhen High Speed Railway is one of the busiest and longest high speed rail line linking Beijing and Shenzhen, crossing the north and south China. With a total length of 2,409 kilometers (1,497miles), the line departs from Beijing West Railway Station, and then goes southward to Futian in Guangdong Province via Shijiazhuang (Hebei Province), Zhengzhou (Henan Province), Wuhan (Hubei Province), Changsha (Hunan Province) and Guangzhou. The whole train journey needs about 9 hours to 11 hours. Most importantly, the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong high speed railway connected by Futian Railway Station is coming soon this year.
