The 2,440km-long (1,516miles) railway starts from Beijing West Railway Station in Beijing, drives north-south direction to Guangzhou and Shenzhen via Shijiazhuang, Zhengzhou, Wuhan and Changsha, then crosses the border to West Kowloon Station in Hong Kong. The whole high speed train journey is estimated to be around 9 hours, and the existing section between Beijing and Shenzhen takes approximately 9 hours to 10.5 hours. Hong Kong West Kowloon Terminus (香港西九龙总站)

West Kowloon Terminus, the only high speed railway station in Hong Kong, is located at No.1 Austin Road W, Yau Ma Tei, between Kowloon Station (九龙站) and Austin Station (柯士甸站), central Hong Kong. It is about 30mins’ driving distance (15km) from Victoria Peak and Repulse Bay, and half an hour driving distance (33km) from Hong Kong International Airport. The station is recently built for high speed railway connection with mainland China. The Ticket Office is on the first floor underground, while the basement two is for arrivals, basement three is for departure and the fourth floor underground is the platform level. It takes about 50 minutes to get to Hong Kong Disney Land from the station by Hong Kong West Rail Line, East Rail Line and Disneyland Resort Line.
