Feedback as follow:

Hui Hui and I have returned to Singapore after the vacation in Chengdu and Xi'an. We wished to thank you and the local teams in both Chengdu and Xi'an for making our stay in both locations a relaxing and enjoyable one.

During our time in Chengdu, we were most impressed with the attentiveness and thoughtfulness of Ellen, the tour guide. Ellen paid careful attention to our preferences for meals and selected restaurants and dishes according to our tastes. She was also mindful if we were feeling tired and adjusted the programme accordingly. Ellen was superb in making sure we have the best view of the Pandas by taking us on different routes, avoiding the hoards of big tour groups. Ellen also made the extra effort to help find out more about certain locations which we casually enquired, providing us details of how to get there and return to return to the hotel. We were also very appreciative of the driver, who was always patient with us and always on-time at pick-up locations. He was especially careful with our safety, always ensuring that we hopped into and off the car safely.

Ben, the tour guide at Xi'an, impressed us with his enthusiasm when introducing the various sites. He was ever ready to share relevant information and was patient and tireless in answering all our queries. Ben was also very helpful in offering suggestions on spending our free & easy day in Xi'an. The driver in Xi'an added much laughter to our time in Xi'an, enriching our knowledge of Xi'an with many local fun-facts. He is a safe and skilful driver and helped to save us much time manoeuvring around the heavy traffic of Xi'an. We also appreciated very much the efforts of Ben and the local agency for making alternative plans within short notice when we requested to change the itinerary.

In summary, we had a good time in Chengdu and Xi'an. The itinerary and pace were just right for us, relaxed and not rushed. The local guides and drivers were excellent and we are happy with the selection of the hotels throughout the trip.

Thank you for helping to arrange this vacation for us. We look forward to more of such trips with China Discovery.
