FAQs & Tips about Yangtze Cruise Payment

1. What does my cruise fare include and exclude?

The cruise price we offered includes:

  1. ● Entrance fees: The land excursions listed in the itinerary.
  2. ● Meals: The daily meals on the ship.
  3. ● Room: Overnight accommodation for morning departure (except Victoria Cruises from Chongqing to Shanghai). A berth in the cabin as specified in the itinerary.
  4. ● Service Charges & Government Taxes

What's Excluded?

  1. ● Transfers: Between airport/hotel and cruise terminal in each city.
  2. ● Personal Expenses: Expenses of a purely personal nature such as laundry, drinks, faxes, telephone calls, optional activities, sightseeing or meals which are not included in the itinerary.
  3. ● Single Room Supplement Applies if you want to stay in one cabin (usually two berth) on your own.
  4. ● Gratuities, Tips to Guides.

 

2. How do I pay for my cruise?

We accept various payment methods: PayPal, Credit, Western Union, Wire Transfer, and Cash Payment upon arrival. The following are the Six easy steps to have your favorite

  1. ● Choose your favorite cruise ship from our Ship Layout. Useful information as Yangtze cruise routes, updated cruise calendars are offered for reference.
  2. ● Submit inquiry on-line. You’ll receive the sample itinerary and quotation from our travel advisors within 23.5 hours.
  3. ● Discuss the details with your private travel advisor if you need any special order (like accommodation, local transfers, and flight in port cities). You can also customize an extended China Yangtze tour with us. Then, a detailed proposal and price can be done.
  4. ● Confirm acceptance and pay 50% deposit to us. Or pay in full if you can’t pay the balance no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date.The payment methods we accept include: PayPal, Credit Card, Western Union and Wire Transfer.
  5. ● Receive our final confirmation and tour voucher. They are not needed to get onboard. You just tell your name and show your passport to the receptionists when boarding the cruise.
  6. ● Well, the next thing is just to enjoy the sailing and go to see the world biggest Three Gorges Dam!

3. Should I pay tips onboard?

Almost all the 4 to 5-star ships require a compulsory ship tip which is required to be paid when checking in at the reception counter; it is the regulation of the ship companies which passengers are supposed to follow. The tip amount differs from different cruise lines and will be specified in our confirmation letter, please kindly note this so that inconvenience can be avoided.

Note: Century Cruise line pre-charges the tips, so the tips is actually included in your Century Cruise cost, there is no need to pay again on board.
