2. How was your tour? Are you satisfied with the tour we arranged for you? YES we were looked after both by Kiki and Eric
Kiki helped Dylan in the yellow Mountains to overcome his tiredness and helped him achieve the extra walk into the valley
Eric looked after us and when Dylan left his stuffed Koala in Beijing arranged for the hotel to courier it to Shanghai and arrived within 24 hours
3. Do you have any suggestions on improving our services? Not really

Yichang -> Chongqing upstream?
Is the price same and which one is most preferable?
Thanks for your question! Usually, the arranged shore excursions for Yangtze River cruise between Chongqing and Yichang are the same, either downstream or upstream. However, the upstream and downstream cruises enjoy different optional shore excursions. The upstream cruises of the President Cruises provide the optional shore excursion to the Tribe of Three Gorges, while the downstream cruises provide the option to enjoy the Three Kingdoms Open Air Show. Besides, schedule arrangement and the sailing length and hours are different too. The price of President upstream and downstream cruises are almost the same. So in general, the time duration of the cruise journey and the places where you start or arrive at are the biggest difference of the downstream and upstream cruises.
If you are planning a Yangtze River cruise after a tour in destinations like Beijing, Xian, Guilin, etc. you can plan a downstream Yangtze River cruise from Chongqing, since very convenient flights will transfer you from those cities to Chongqing for your embarkation. Also since Chengdu is connected with Chongqing by the 1.5-2 hours high speed train frequently running every day, you can also enjoy a downstream cruise after your discovery in Chengdu.
And if popular cities like Shanghai, Zhangjiajie, Wuhan, and so forth would be your previous stop of the Yangtze River cruise experience, the upstream cruise starting at Yichang would be perfect for your China tour, because there are many high speed trains from Shanghai and Wuhan, and convenient trains from Zhangjiajie to Yichang.

My question is will the food and drinks be different?
Thanks for your question. Yes, compared with Main Dining Room on Second Deck, the VIP restaurant of President 7 Cruise will be quiet, less crowded and relatively private. Luxury and comfortable tables and seats are arranged human friendly, good lighting is used to form better dining environment. And most professional staff can speak English and serve you well according to your demand. Besides, the food and drinks will be nicer.
